CAN I COME TO JESOLO?
Jesolo is located in the north-east of Italy and due to the actual situation some countries have issued negative travel advices for Italy. We suggest you to check with your foreign affairs office what are the updated advices by the time of your travel.
WHICH SERVICES AND FACILITIES WILL AVAILABLE FROM MAY 29th?
From 29/05 you’ll find almost all our services and facilities including the swimming pools, the ping-pong tables, the children train, the restaurant-pizzeria and the supermarket. The entertainment program will start in the next days, and the playground and sport fields will remain closed until June 2nd (waiting for a new ordinance).
CAN I BOOK, EVEN IF I’M NOT SURE I CAN COME?
Yes, you can book, because our booking conditions are very flexible:
- you can cancel up to 8 days before the arrival and the deposit will be refund (except for cancellation fee euro 20,00)
- you can move or modify your reservation free of charges up to 8 days before the arrival
- you can use the deposit you already paid as a voucher for a new booking within September 2020 or (due to this exceptional situation) even for Summer 2021
IF I HAVE ALREADY BOOKED, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
You can wait before cancelling and see how the situation elvols. The booking conditions above mentioned are valid for you as well, if you have booked direct on our website or with our booking office.
CAN I MODIFY MY RESERVATION FREE OF CHARGES?
Yes, changes to your reservation are totally free of charges by contacting our booking office. The final amount of the reservation might be different depending on the variation of the details (duration, type of accommodation, services, etc.).
